The assessment is designed to help us understand how you think and work. It is not meant to trick you. Just be yourself and give it your best shot.

Do not hesitate to apply, even if you do not meet every requirement. We welcome fresh graduates because we believe that everyone has to start somewhere. For roles like MBA, FPA, and Paraplanner, we offer training programs to help you build the skills and confidence you need to succeed. What matters most is your willingness to learn and grow.
