About the Role
As a Paraplanner, you’ll support financial advisers by analysing client needs, creating compliant documents and ensuring strategies align with legislation. This role is ideal for detail-oriented professionals who want to deepen their financial expertise.
Minimum Requirements:
Please ensure you meet these requirements before applying:
- Graduate of any 4-year course, OR
- Completed 2 years in college + also completed 2 years of work experience
- Input client fact-finds into financial planning software
- Complete financial modelling and strategy testing
- Draft compliant Statements of Advice (SoAs) and executive summaries
- Prepare and review compliance paperwork
- Provide feedback to advisers on missing documentation
- Support your team with admin and efficiency improvements
- Graduate of any four-year course, or at least 2 years in college + 2 years of experience
- Knowledge in customer service, admin, and clerical work
- Basic to intermediate MS Office skills

- Application: Complete the application form on the VBP careers site. If qualified, we’ll schedule a video intro. Expect feedback in 1–3 business days.
- TA Interview: Held via MS Teams. Install the app and ensure a stable connection. Casual attire is fine, just stay professional. We use Topgrading interviews to assess fit and growth potential.
- Exam: Role-based assessments to gauge analytical, tech and communication skills.
- Final Interview: A deeper dive with the hiring manager.
- Reference Check: We verify past performance and conduct a background check.
- Job Offer: We’ll discuss employment details, compensation and benefits.
- Pre-Onboarding: Submit required documents and complete a medical exam.
- Onboarding: Orientation with our L&D team to help you settle in and succeed.
Submit your updated NBI Clearance and photocopies of key documents: Transcript of Records, SSS, PhilHealth, PAG-IBIG and TIN. Include COE, Marriage Certificate and loan certificates if applicable. Fresh grads should start registering early. We’ll assist with TIN processing once hired.
