HUB24 has today announced myhub, a new ecosystem concept designed to help financial advice practices lift productivity by integrating leading advice-technology solutions with AI-powered natural-language prompting.
According to HUB24, the solution will streamline core advice workflows (including meeting preparation, scenario modelling, client goal tracking, SOA creation and compliance checks) within one secure ecosystem. myhub will incorporate HUB24 Group capabilities (HUB24 platform, Class and myprosperity) alongside services and solutions from key partners, including Vital Business Partners.
VBP’s role in the ecosystem
As one of the collaboration partners referenced by HUB24, VBP will contribute its expertise in workflow optimisation, implementation support and scalable back-office operations; helping advisers reduce friction, increase efficiency and improve implementation throughput. This participation aligns with our mission to help advice firms free capacity so more Australians can access quality financial advice.
Context for the industry
With 10.2 million Australians open to seeking financial advice and only 15,250 practising advisers, the current capacity gap remains a critical industry challenge. HUB24’s development of myhub reflects a broader commitment to partnering with advisers, licensees and technology providers to remove inefficiencies and improve accessibility across the sector.
A pilot program for licensees, advice networks and advisers is scheduled to commence in early 2026.
