Sue Viskovic

GM - Consulting

Sue Viskovic joins VBP as the General Manager of Consulting, following the acquisition of Elixir Consulting.

With over 20 years of experience in financial services, with roles spanning across banking, funds management, advice and licensee services, Sue built her career and business by helping financial advisers, accountants and risk specialists improve the way they run their businesses.

With the combined business of Elixir and VBP, we are able to offer superior service to clients and cement ourselves as the “go-to” growth partners for advice firms.

Lana Clark

Lana is a Speaker, Coach and Consultant. A master strategist, project manager and accountability coach with over 25 years’ experience in Financial Services, including roles within licensee services, advice and advice operations.

She provides coaching and consulting services to assist her clients to work through the challenges associated with change and business evolution.

Lana is passionate about assisting Financial Planning practices meet their objectives by ensuring they “get things done”. Having co-authored 3 of the 5 Adviser Pricing Models Research Reports and helped hundreds of advisers to successfully reprice their service offerings, she is also an expert at redesigning and implementing pricing models.

Graham Burnard

Over the past 25 years, Graham has held senior leadership roles across the financial services industry, developing a wealth of knowledge and experience of how successful advice businesses grow and prosper.

He brings a depth of experience to his firms, combining his skills in business growth and human performance with learnings from leading a number of large scale business transformation and integration projects as well as launching a range of product and service offers for Insurance, Funds Management, Platform and SMSF businesses.

With extensive experience and a great passion for client engagement and sales skills, Graham has a particular knack at helping advisers to improve the way they engage with new and existing clients, and take their ‘people skills’ to another level to deepen their client relationships and the outcomes they can help their clients achieve.
