*Firms that have surpassed the $3 million revenue hurdle may be invited to participate in the Captains Forum. The Captains of our profession are fewer in number and have different complexity in the issues they work through, so their private forum is conducted on a National basis.
Emerging
This level of membership is designed for businesses that are beyond their initial launch phase, are in the process of scaling up, but still in the early stages of their growth trajectory – likely 1-2 adviser firms on a fast-track to push through the $1 million revenue hurdle.
Established*
For firms with multiple advisers, at least one operational manager and all the challenges of a growing mid-tier advice firm. These businesses have passed their initial growth phase, have solidified their presence in the market, and are continuing to evolve.
Enterprise*
Firms that have achieved significant growth and are now looking to achieve scale and superior valuation multiples. Enterprises have increasing numbers of revenue generators and multiple leaders within the firm, presenting different challenges and opportunities to harness.

We are looking for business coaching to address specific challenges in our business.
How do you expect to help us if this is a group-based program?
The Growth Alliance is a ‘hybrid’ model, carefully curated to serve the needs of each member using a blend of on-demand learning, group sessions, DIY tools and one-to-one support. The fact is, 1:1 coaching is not the best way to solve every challenge; we know how to craft the right delivery method to help you get the results you seek and we’ll craft your membership with you to suit your needs.
It’s annoying that I can’t see how much it costs to join The Growth Alliance. What’s your pricing?
In the same way that you don’t know what you’ll charge your new clients until you understand their needs, then if and how you can help them; we don’t know what elements of The Growth Alliance you’ll require to solve your unique challenges. We can tell you this… you won’t dispute the value you receive if we decide together that we’re a great fit, and you won’t have a high upfront engagement fee. Your membership will be a monthly fee that incorporates the right level of access that you need. Your fee will be determined by the size (and needs) of your business and how many team members will participate. We invest in a complimentary Strategy Call for every new potential member of the Alliance, and if we agree you will get results from the Alliance we’ll work with you to curate your engagement and you will know what your investment is prior to finalising your decision. If not, we’ll give you some tips on alternative providers and actions you can take to achieve your goals by other means.
I love that you have specific training and support streams for owner, operational managers
and advisers, do you also do training for paraplanners and admin support?
Our current offering is focused on business improvement (often termed Practice Development), hence our streams for revenue generators and leaders. Watch this space though, VBP does have an industry-leading inhouse technical training program for paraplanners and admin team members, which is why our outsourced team members are often better trained than onshore staff….
