This award recognises The Culture Champion Award recognises a team member who consistently demonstrates our shared beliefs and proactively & positively influences other team members around behaviour and culture, earning positive feedback from colleagues. 

This is to recognise any team that has demonstrated outstanding performance through successful project submissions, impactful business contributions, high TSAT and/or CSAT ratings and overall excellence across key performance areas. 

This award is given to a people leader who exemplifies outstanding leadership. This individual manages individual contributors and consistently demonstrates excellence through strong TSAT results, notable year-on-year improvement and the successful delivery of OPSP outcomes. 

This recognises a member of the senior leadership team who has been the most significant contributor this year to engagement, client satisfaction and delivery of OPSP outcomes. 

Finally, the recipient of this prestigious recognition is selected by the CEO from any Award winner of the above-mentioned categories, including Team of the Year where a key driver in the team will be considered.
