Vital Business Partners (VBP) is pleased to share that our Chief Executive Officer, Nathan Jacobsen, has been appointed Chief Operating Officer of AZ NGA, effective immediately.
Nathan joined VBP in 2024 and has led significant progress across the business - strengthening our leadership team, driving operational excellence, delivering major transformation initiatives, and deepening our partnership with clients across Australia. His appointment recognises the contribution VBP has made within the broader AZ NGA group and the strong momentum the business continues to build.
Nathan will continue in his role as CEO of VBP, ensuring stability and ongoing support for our clients, partners, and team members. He will work closely with VBP’s Executive Leadership Team to maintain consistent service delivery and drive continued investment in capability, technology and operational performance.
There are no changes to VBP’s structure, client engagement model, or service delivery as a result of this appointment.
In his expanded role, Nathan will oversee operations across technology, product, integration, and transformation for AZ NGA. This will further support the ongoing enhancement of the services we deliver to our clients and partner firms.
